Model 1: PhotoShowMe

Ideas used: quality • choices • simple use

PhotoShowMe is a good website for three reasons: quality, choices, and simple use. [S] One reason is that the photo quality is excellent. [CX] The photos are clear, colorful, and professional, so they help me with class projects. [CD] Another good point is that the website gives users choices. [CX] Photos of products, travel, food, and daily life are uploaded every day, so the website feels up-to-date. [CD] It is useful because the website has simple use for students. [CX] The menu is user-friendly and practical, so I can find pictures quickly without feeling confused. [CD] The only problem is that too many adverts are shown on pages, and this is annoying. [CX] On the whole, I recommend PhotoShowMe because it is useful and easy to use for class work. [CX]

Model 2: Blackboard

Ideas used: access • design • help

I think Blackboard is a helpful learning platform for college students for three reasons: access, design, and help. One reason is students can access their courses from a phone or laptop at any time. For example, if a student is absent, she can open Blackboard at home and check the lesson files, homework, and grades. Another benefit is the design is clear enough for daily study. The course menu, folders, and assignment buttons help students move from one task to another without using many websites. Another good point is Blackboard helps students become more responsible. They can read teacher feedback, submit work before the deadline, and prepare for exams with uploaded materials. The only problem is some pages can be slow or confusing when there are many folders. Overall, I recommend Blackboard for college classes because it gives students good access and useful support, but teachers should organize the folders carefully.
